Windows and Linux administration, updates, drivers, and command line.

Identity & access

Directory services, group policy, MFA, and least-privilege basics.

Module 04

Service operations

Ticketing systems, SLAs, remote support, and technical writing.

Labs

Representative lab work.

  • Rebuild and image a fleet of workstations to a documented standard
  • Stand up a directory domain and onboard a simulated team of users
  • Run a live help-desk rotation against instructor-injected faults
